There are four spots to dine - supplied by a walled garden providing a natural larder of fruit and veg, a gym with class studios and padel courts, and an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired Bath House with a tepidarium, eight pools, a grotto, treatment rooms, thermal cabins and maybe a bar or two. There’s also 110 rooms, from grand suites to woodland cottages dotted around the grounds.
