James Golding's new menu is built around the best of the season - wild mushrooms, new season game, and British staples that celebrate fresh produce, bold flavours, and ingredients that speak for themselves. Think elevated comfort, sustainably sourced, and always in good taste.
It has all the traditional English flair that is both a refined and a nostalgic culinary experience— all brought together with ease, intention, and a nod to hearty British coastal cooking.
