Join us for a special evening on the Roof Terrace as we welcome Durban Curry Club, who’ll be joining us to cook a traditional Indian feast.
You’ll taste an array of beautifully spiced dishes in this culinary experience, as Marilyn, founder and owner of Durban Curry Club in East Brighton Park, prepares a bespoke three-course menu created especially for the evening.
Born in South Africa to Indian heritage, Marilyn’s love of cooking began in her mother’s kitchen - a passion she now shares with her two young sons. Her famous samosas have a cult following, and you’ll sample them as part of the evening’s menu.
For Marilyn, food is a language of love and connection, and her warmth fills every dish she serves.
Expect laid-back coastal charm, soulful food, and conversation that lingers long after dessert.
As the sun sets, the glasses will be filled and the evening will unfold — one course at a time.
