1. Following completion of the application form, you will be asked to make payment of the subscription fee (Fee).
2. By paying the Fee, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
3. Prior to making payment of the Fee, you are free to withdraw your application at any time by contacting openwater@rockwater.uk.
4. Your Open Water subscription will commence on the date you are invited to join the portal.

1. The fee of £1000 is for a subscription period of one year and is to be paid in one transaction;
2. if monthly payment is selected the fee will be £100 a month to be taken on the same calendar date each month. Subscription term is one year.

1. Open Water subscription is for a period of one year. Subscription renewals are automatic. To cancel, you will need to send written cancellation one month prior to the end of your annual subscription. If you do, we will either send you a payment link to make payment for the next subscription year or continue your monthly payments for another calendar year. Rockwater reserves the right to withdraw your offer of subscription renewal if you fail to pay the renewal fee by the date for payment notified to you.
2. If:
   i) you do not wish to renew; or
   ii) we don’t hear back from you then we will assume you do not wish to renew and, your subscription will end the day before the anniversary of the date your most recent year of subscription commenced.

1. You will receive a digital subscription card upon joining the Open Water portal.
2. Subscribers are not permitted to allow their card to be used by a non-subscriber and may face suspension of subscription if they do.

As part of your Open Water subscription, you will be supplied with account login details to access the Open Water only online portal. You must not share your login details with anyone else. Any misuse of the portal may result in suspension (pending further investigation) or termination of your subscription, which shall be at the discretion of Rockwater.

Subscribers will be entitled to bring one guest to subscribers’ events where specified. Unless expressly specified otherwise, members are not permitted to bring under 18s to subscriber events. Where we run subscriber family events, children of subscribers will be welcome.

We will use the personal information you provide us in connection with your subscription, in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

All bills must be settled in full before leaving Rockwater. We do not operate any credit facilities.

We may also film and/or photograph subscriber events and other activities our subscribers participate in at Rockwater. Such recordings and photography may be used for our social media and website (www.rockwater.uk), for advertising and promotional material as well as for public relations and other business purposes. If you attend these events and/or activities, you agree to us using such images and recordings for any of the aforementioned purposes without your further consent.

1. You agree to be responsible for and indemnify Rockwater against any and all damage to the property of Rockwater caused by an act, default or negligence on the part of you or any guest you bring with you to Rockwater.
2. Rockwater reserves the right to, in its absolute discretion, suspend (pending further investigation) and ultimately cancel a subscriber’s subscription if their conduct is in any way detrimental or damaging to Rockwater, its staff, guests or other members.
3. Any refund of the Fee, or part of the Fee, shall be entirely at the discretion of Rockwater.

We may change these Terms & Conditions from time to time by displaying notification of the change on the Open Water portal. Please be aware that the Terms & Conditions in place at the point you join Open Water may not be completely up to date throughout your membership and the latest version of the Terms & Conditions will be displayed at all times on the portal.

Rockwater shall not be liable to any subscriber or guest for any loss, damage or injury suffered by them or their property howsoever caused, save in respect of death or personal injury to a subscriber or guest to the extent caused by the negligence of Rockwater.
