James’ journey into training started with his first ever bootcamp session, resulting in a total transformation in both diet and lifestyle before becoming a Personal Trainer. 10 years into his career, James continues to expand his knowledge whilst pushing his clients with new routines, whilst following his passion in general wellbeing and social care. He’s always willing to guide and support his clients, especially when it comes to setting challenging but realistic goals and supporting your journey to reach them.
