Our Hosted Home
Bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove, Maison Estelle is a new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion. Created by Sharan Pasricha, the Founder of Ennismore, Maison Estelle is a place for members to connect and relax, focused on attention to detail, a love of beautiful things and experiences that remain with you.
The History
Set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair, the building was designed by Sir Robert Taylor, architect of the Bank of England, in 1772. It is one of the last four remaining of a much larger 22-house development commissioned by the Duke of Grafton. Notable occupants of the building have been Robert Thornton, Director of East India Trading Company; and the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office.
The property was formerly the home of the Duke of Grafton and is named in homage to Lady Estelle, a friend of the Duke, inspired by a letter and photograph discovered in the townhouse archives. Known as the ultimate host and for holding the best house parties, Lady Estelle is Maison Estelle’s muse.
The seven floors cover 21,000 sq ft including four dining experiences, 11 bars and two lower levels of nightlife spaces.
